Glenolden has both of the county's east-west roads running through it, which is unusual for a borough of this size, and it means almost every trip a Glenolden driver makes starts on either Chester Pike or MacDade Boulevard within half a mile of home. Those are the two roads where the glass damage is picked up. The other thing that shapes the work here is the ground. Glenolden rises away from the Pike, so a lot of the driveways are on a slope and a lot of the side streets meet the main roads at a climb, and reversing down a sloped drive with a wall or a hedge on one side accounts for a steady stream of broken quarter glass and clipped mirrors.
The useful part is how close it all is.
