A glass van is a large vehicle in a borough built long before them. It has to stand close enough to work out of, because a windshield is carried by two people and not walked half a block, and it cannot do that from a double-parked position on a street where one blocked lane stops everything behind it. Sharon Hill is barely a mile across and densely parked, so the answer changes street by street and hour by hour rather than address by address. Chester Pike and the wider cross streets are usually fine. A short residential block at six in the evening, full for the night, usually is not.
None of that changes the work. The van carries the same glass, the same primer and urethane and the same vacuum, and the workmanship is warranted exactly as it is in the bay. Weather is the real variable rather than the location. Door and rear glass is largely indifferent to it.
